Paprica Cooking Methods  


[ Salad ]

- Material : 2 Papricas, Half a head of Cabbage, 10 Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic sauce and Mayonnaise.

- Recipe

  ① Cut Paprica into small slices and take Cabbage apart. Wash them.

  ② Mix them and arrange on a plate. Add seasoning, garlic sauce and mayonnaise.


[ Juice ]

  - Material : 2 Paprica, Salt

  - Recipe

  - Wash Papricas. Take out seeds and stem

  - Make raw juice with a juice machine. You may add a little salt.


[ Kalkuksu ]

  - Material : Paprica (classified by 4 colors) 100 ml (per color), Flour 800g, Anchovy, Soy sauce, Large green onion, Garlic.

  - Recipe

  - Mix Papricas in a blender and make juice.

  - Add 200g flour and knead. Cut into noodles.

  - Pour water and anchovy into bowl. Make soup.

  - Add noodle to soup and add seasoning.
